Lifepharm® CASH BONUS AND REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LifePharm Global Network (herein referred to as the ‘Company’) created the cash bonus and rewards program (herein referred to as the CBR program) for accomplished LPGN consultants who have achieved certain sales volume requirements. The following terms and conditions will apply to  the cash bonus and rewards of the LifePharm Global Network compensation plan.

1.) Beginning January 1st, 2012, the CBR Program is paid once every 2 months. The pay dates of the CBR program may vary dependent upon company events and LPGN reserves the right to alter the payout dates.
• If you achieve the CBR bonus within Jan – Feb, you will be paid on March 15th.
• If you achieve the CBR bonus within March to April, you will be paid on May 15th.

2.) 8% of monthly company worldwide commissionable volume (CV) is allocated for CBR payout.

For example:
• If the company generates 100,000 CV in January, 200,000 CV in February, the total company allotment to be paid out for the CBR program on March 15th to the LPGN consultant field is $24,000. The company pays the CBR bonus on the payout dates based on the company worldwide CV of the previous 2 months.

For  example:
• The allocated payout on September 20h will be based on the total company group CV from the previous July 1st to August 31st.

3.) If the payout to the LPGN consultant field on the payout dates exceeds the allocated amount, the company will pay the CBR bonuses to the LPGN consultants in the order of the achievement dates of the CBR program. Those who are not paid out within their respective pay date will be paid out on the next pay date. If multiple consultants have the same  achievement dates, total matrix group volume will be used.

4.) The CBR program is based upon the total matrix group volume for 2 consecutive months. You must also achieve a 40% balance for 2 consecutive months, and maintain an active personal volume of 100 CV for 2 consecutive qualifying months.

For example:
• To achieve the status of Titanium Director, you will need to reach a total of 350,000 CV on your matrix group volume per month for 2 consecutive months. On each individual month, you will also need 140,000 CV (40% of 350,000 CV) on your weak matrix leg.
• You cannot use the same month to qualify for multiple Director statuses.

For example:
• If I am counting my volume in the month of January to qualify towards becoming a Silver Director, I cannot count the volume in January to qualify towards Titanium Director.

5.) The CBR bonus is a one-time only bonus.

6.) LPGN consultants are allowed to earn multiple CBR rewards if multiple requirements are met on the same month.

7.) CBR prizes are non-transferrable.

All rewards are subject to availability. LifePharm Global Network reserves the right to modify the rewards without prior notification. LifePharm Global Network reserves the right to withhold final approval of the CBR program pending verification of compliance with the promotion requirements, the Sales Compensation Plan, and the Policies and Procedures (collectively the ‘Contract’).
LifePharm Global Network reserves the right, at  its sole discretion, to (i) audit any consultant/distributorship and disqualify any consultant if  LifePharm Global Network (LPGN) deems the consultant has violated the contract; or (ii) suspend or discontinue the CBR program if any consultant misconduct or any such actions impair the integrity of the CBR program, or if otherwise required by law.

All payout dates are subject to change without notice.
The value of awards and prizes may be considered taxable income to the prize winners, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Prizes and awards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The Company reserves the right to interpret the rules, prizes, and awards of the contest and all Company decisions shall be final. The Company reserves the right to change CBR rules in its sole discretion. In the event that any prize winner is a corporation, limited liability company or partnership, the prize shall be awarded to one person who is designated to  receive the prize by said entity.

The contest is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/state/local laws and  regulations. LifePharm Global Network reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater  value. Participants release and hold harmless LifePharm Global Network, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of  any kind arising from or in connection with the CBR program or receipt or use of any prizes. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the prize winner's agreement and consent that their name, address, likeness and/or prize information can be used for promotional purposes by LifePharm Global Network, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates without further payment or  consideration to CBR achievers.
